LA" Students completed their flip chart on text structures and we practiced writing some in class. We will go into each one for an entire class next week.

SS: FUN Friday! Today the students participated in a Voluntary Trade activity using trading bags from Mrs. Pope. They were given different trade barriers to further their understanding on them, specialization and trade. We also read The Millionaire Candy Story. This was used to discuss entrepreneurship and economic concepts and vocabulary.

**Have a great weekend. Next week a packet called an ICEPAK will come home with students with assignements/reenforcement work for students to work on over the break. This is not mandatory, but with CRCT around the corner and having missed a week due to snow, we want to offer every opportunity for students to have the practice they will need to be successful. My students will be able to use it for a missed homework grade. Check blog next week for further details.
