Finals Today and Tomorrow

Do not bring any bookbags/track bags with you tomorrow.  Just bring your pencil.

If you have not brought your textbook back by tomorrow, you will be charged for it.  It costs 46.00.  You will not get a report card or be assigned classes for 7th grade until it is paid for.

Thank you for the cards and gifts.  You are most generous.  It has been a pleasure teaching such great kids.......

Final Exams- Thursday and Friday

Studnets will take their final eaxms this Thursday and Friday.  Thursday students will take their finals in their 1st and 3rd period classes.  On Friday, they will take finals in 2nd, 6th and 7th periods.  If you will not be here, you must make arrangements to take test early.

All textbooks need to be turned in immediately.

Any late work needs to be turned ASAP.

Any extra Credit needs to be turned in by Wednesday.

Studey the Final exam study guide for homework.

Last Weekend

Complete the final exam study guide this weekend.  Use your SS notebook to do this.  If you have not turned in your textbook, bring it Monday.

Several students did not have their notebooks today.  Get them checked ASAP.

Vocabulary Quiz/ Notebook Check tomorrow

Study pages 126,127 and 128 to do well of the quiz.  We review the exact terms today in class. 

Bring in your textbooks.

Notebook check will be pages 111-120 only.

Today we discussed credit cards and the dangers they pose. We also got a 3rd page of vocabulary for Friday's quiz.  

Start page 120 for homework.

Today we gave out the study guide for the final exam.  We will be working on it in class.

Understanding a Budget

Today we talked about income and budgeting.  We learned some new vocab as well.

Personal Finance Unit

Today we explored the concept of money.  It was the kick-off to our personal finance unit.

Please continue with the review packet (page 119 in your SS notebook) Start page 119.

Camp Half-Blood

Today was devoted to myths of another sort: Greek Myths.   Everyone enjoyed today.
