Today was another year-end project work session.  Some students finished and most are sure to finish after about ten minutes on Monday.  Remember, the final project is a grade, but also a very important study tool for the final exam.

Today we continued our work on the year-end project. Tomorrow we finish. I gave out the study guide for the final. Using the project and the study guide to prepare should give you a good grade on the final. Both the study guide and the project are due Monday.

May 18

Today we worked on the year-end project.  Most folks are finished with the Geosphere and Processes of the Geosphere and are now working on Atmosphere and Hydrosphere.  We will hopefully be finished with the whole project Friday so that you can use it and the study guide to prepare for the final test.

Homework is to review for the quiz on the 10 constellations.

Today was a year-end project work day. We are finished with the front and back and will start on the inside tomorrow.

Today we went to the media center and enjoyed some time in the StarLab. We looked at constellations in the winter sky which correspond with some myths the students have read.

Today was a work day. Students completed the first part of the in-class project. All letters to congress should be finished by now and will have to be completed in class tomorrow.
No homework. Please bring paper and a pencil to class tomorrow. If you did not turn in your textbook, do so as soon as possible.

Today we finished up the letters to our congressmen and starting on the end-of-the-year project.  No homework tonight!  Have a wonderful Wednesday evening!

Today we worked on finishing the rough draft of the energy letter.  Anyone who did not complete it will be given class time to do so tomorrow.
