Monday- Happy Valentines Day!
Monday- Thursday-
The students have been working on their "Foods, Nutrition, Wellness and Culinary Cumulative Project" presentations. This will be a double grade as it falls under two seperate standards. Essentially, they will present their food topic- as studied in class- along with a sample of the food item to the class. If the food item can not be sent, it is fine. The student must tell me 24 hours in advance so points will not be removed from the rubric. This is a great presentation that includes research, power point creation, presentation skills, culinary techniques, nutritional info, etc... It's all inclusive! Grades will be posted as the presentations are completed.
Friday- Black History celebration during connections classes- I will not see the students. We will be in the auditorium for the celebration.
