The Role of a Counselor

*  See individual students referred by staff, parents, or self.

*  Conduct small groups counseling sessions as needed.

*  Address Cobb County curriculum standards in classroom guidance.

*  Consult with parents, staff, and students regarding academic and behavioral strategies.

*    Refer students and parents to community agencies and other support services.
